Intelix DIGI-SCAL-5 High-Definition Switcher/Scaler/Format Converter
The DIGI-SCAL-5 is a revolutionary high-definition switcher with built-in scaling and audio/video format conversion. It provides functionality that would normally require three separate devices - switching, scaling, and format conversion, all in a compact, easy-to-use product.
The DIGI-SCAL-5 is ideal for integrating legacy, non-HD equipment into a distributed high-definition audio-visual system. It provides switching between eleven different audio-visual sources, up-scaling them to 720p or 1080p, and converting them to HDMI.
The unit features one HDMI input, one YPbPr input, one composite video inputs one S-video input, one VGA input, three stereo audio inputs, and one coaxial digital audio input. Any of those inputs can be routed to the single HDMI and coaxial digital audio outputs.
Third-party control systems integrate seamlessly via RS232 and IR, and the unit may also be controlled via the front panel or with an included wireless remote control. In addition, built-in video processing provides picture adjustment.
Like most Intelix products, the DIGI-SCAL-5 comes with a two-year limited warranty.
