The Intelix DIGI-HDE HDBaseT HDMI Extender Set offers features that extend HDMI, bi-directional IR, bi-directional RS232 and Ethernet over a single twisted pair cable.
Incorporating HDBaseT technology, the DIGI-HDE supports 1080p, 2k, 4k, and 3D video up to 100m (328 foot). Built-in surge protection and diagnostic LEDs ensure hassle-free and robust installations. The system is HDMI v1.4 compliant, so it handles advanced HDMI video formats, including (but not limited to) 2D, 3D, 120Hz, 240Hz, along with all of the lossless audio formats.
Included in the box is (1) sender unit, (1) receiver unit, (2) power supplies, IR Eye, IR Emitter, and(4) mounting brackets.
As with virtually all systems that are based upon twisted-pair cable technology, the Intelix DIGI-HDE HDBASET HDMI Extender Set will work with virtually any twisted-pair cables, including Cat-5e and Cat-6, but range and bandwidth is directly related to both distance and cable quality, so to get the highest resolutions at the greatest distances, you will want high-quality, low-skew cables. If you want the very best pre-terminated cables, please consider our VideoTwist cables.
Installation note: The DIGI-HDE is a point to point extender only - it cannot be cascaded.
Like most Intelix products, the DIGI-HDE comes with a two year limited warranty from the manufacturer.
