The Intelix DIGI-HD-UHR2-WP-R is a professional-grade wallplate extender which receives HDMI to compatible receivers from up to 300 feet over a single twisted-pair cable, such as Cat-5 or Cat-6.
Built-in HDshāk® technology provides dynamic HDMI, EDID/DDC and HDCP mode selection, guaranteeing performance and image quality. Plus, onboard HDMI amplification and buffering allows multiple extenders to be daisy-chained for greater distances.
Ideal for residential A/V, commercial A/V, and digital signage applications, the DIGI-HD-UHR2-WP-R receives 1080p video up to 150 feet, 720p or 1080i video up to 300 feet, and 480i or 480p video up to 300 feet when paired with a compatible transmitter. Built-in buffering and amplification allow multiple units to be linked for greater distances, and ESD protection safeguards connected equipment from power strikes and surges.
Intelix's trademarked HDshāk processing gives the DIGI-HD-UHR2-WP-R the highest level of EDID and DDC negotiation performance, ensuring proper source and destination HDCP handshaking even over extended distances of twisted pair cabling. The unit is HDMI 1.3b and HDCP compliant.
Included in the box is the DIGI-HD-UHR2-WP-R unit itself and a power supply. The unit may be powered from the front via a DIN connector or on the rear with a screw down connector.
These units are sold singly, so you must combine with a compatible twisted-pair transmitter or distribution system (sold separately), so you can get exactly the functionality you need. Use any one of the following transmitters/distribution systems:

- DIGI-HD-UHR2-S Enclosed Transmitter
- DIGI-HD-XR Enclosed Receiver / Repeater - use to extend range and/or to add cascaded HDMI outputs.

As with virtually all systems that are based upon twisted-pair cable technology, the Intelix DIGI-HD-UHR2-WP-R will work with virtually any twisted-pair cables, including Cat-5e and Cat-6, but range and bandwidth are directly related to both distance and cable quality, so to get the highest resolutions at the greatest distances, you will want high-quality, low-skew cables.
