The Gefen CAB-M1-2-DVI M1 to DVI adapter cable makes it possible to connect a DVI cable to equipment with an M1 connector. For example, many of the InFocus projectors use an M1 connector.
With this simple adapter cable, industry-standard DVI cables can be used. This also makes it possible to use high-performance DVI cables like our FV Series, so you can get just about any length you need. You are no longer limited to using proprietary cables.
The cable-style adapter may be preferable to hard adapters in some installations, because it helps to reduce torque stress on equipment connectors. The CAB-M1-2-DVI adapter cable is also suitable for connection of a DVI-D display device to the P&D output of a graphics card.
Please notice that this adapter cable supports digital video only. It is compatible with all DVI-D equipment.
Warranty
Cable Solutions backs the ADA-M1-2-DVI with a one year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is separate from any warranty that may be provided by the manufacturer, so you must contact Cable Solutions for all warranty-related issues.
